Best Chocolate Muffins I know!
Ingredients
140 ml (0.04 gallon) milk
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of melted butter
225 gr (8 oz) flour
90 gr (3.2 oz) roughly chopped dark chocolate
1 packet vanilla sugar
½ packet backing powder
2-3 tablespoons cocoa
½ teaspoons baking soda
1 pinch of salt
some chocolate coating for the topping
Preparation
Preheat oven to 175°C (350° F) and grease the backing dish (for muffins) or use paper forms. Whisk all liquid ingredients in a mixing bowl, dash the dry ingredients. Afterwards mix both doughs together, pour in the forms and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let the muffins cool down, decorate. Yummy – enjoy!
